CFB Financial Statements means (i) the consolidated balance sheets (including related notes and schedules, if any) of CFB as of December 31, 1999, 1998 and 1997, and the related statements of income, changes in shareholders' equity, and cash flows (including related notes and schedules, if any) for each of the three fiscal years ended December 31, 1999, 1998 and 1997, as filed by CFB in SEC Documents, and (ii) the consolidated balance sheets of CFB (including related notes and schedules, if any) and related statements of income, changes in shareholders' equity, and cash flows (including related notes and schedules, if any) included in SEC Documents filed with respect to periods ended subsequent to December 31, 1999
CFB Financial Statements means (a) the audited consolidated balance sheet of CFB and its Subsidiaries as of December 31, 2017 and 2016 and the consolidated statements of income, comprehensive income, changes in stockholders’ equity and cash flows (including related notes and schedules, if any) of CFB and the CFB Subsidiaries for each of the years ended December 31, 2017 and 2016, and (b) the unaudited interim consolidated financial statements of CFB and Subsidiaries as of the end of each calendar quarter following December 31, 2017 and for the periods then ended.
CFB Financial Statements means (i) the audited statements of financial condition (including related notes and schedules, if any) of CFB as of December 31, 2016, 2015 and 2014 and the statements of operations and comprehensive income, shareholders’ equity and cash flows (including related notes and schedules, if any) of CFB for each of the three years ended December 31, 2016, 2015 and 2014, (ii) the unaudited statements of financial condition (including related notes and schedules, if any) of CFB as of March 31, 2017 and the unaudited statements of operations and comprehensive income and shareholders’ equity (including related notes and schedules, if any) of CFB for the three months ended March 31, 2017, and (iii) the statements of financial condition of CFB (including related notes and schedules, if any) and the statements of operations and comprehensive income and shareholders’ equity (including related notes and schedules, if any) of CFB with respect to the monthly, quarterly and annual periods ending subsequent to March 31, 2017.
