CF de CM definition

CF de CM means the Caisse Fédérale de Crédit Mutuel.
CF de CM means Caisse Fédérale de Crédit Mutuel, a French société coopérative à forme de société anonyme, duly licensed as a French credit institution (établissement de credit), registered in the Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés of Strasbourg under number 588 505 354 and having its registered office at 34 rue du Wacken, 67000 Strasbourg.

  • L/C Facility means the letter of credit facility established pursuant to Article III.

  • Series B Equipment Notes means Equipment Notes issued and designated as “Series B Equipment Notes” under the Indenture, in the original principal amount and maturities as specified in Schedule I to the Indenture under the heading “Series B Equipment Notes” and bearing interest at the Debt Rate for Series B Equipment Notes specified in Schedule I to the Indenture.

  • Tranche B Notes is defined in Section 1.

  • Second Lien Notes Documents means the indentures under which the Second Lien Notes are issued and all other instruments, agreements and other documents evidencing or governing the Second Lien Notes or providing for any security, guarantee or other right in respect thereof.
