Certification GRADE D definition

Certification GRADE D. A Bachelor’s Degree plus one full year in a graduate program, but lacking the Master’s Degree. For purposes of this collective agreement, one full year is defined as completing all course requirements for the Master’s Degree except for the thesis. If the Master’s Degree is course based (no thesis), the faculty member must have successfully completed one half (1/2) of the course credits in the degree. GRADE E: All other faculty

  • Income Certification means a Tenant Income Certification and a Tenant Income Certification Questionnaire in the form attached as Exhibit B hereto or in such other comparable form as may be provided by the Issuer to the Owner, or as otherwise approved by the Issuer.

  • Certification period for medically needy shall mean the period of time not to exceed two consecutive months in which a person is conditionally eligible.

  • Certification Date means with respect to Securities of any series (i), if Bearer Securities of such series are not to be initially represented by a temporary global Security, the date of delivery of the definitive Bearer Security and (ii), if Bearer Securities of such series are initially represented by a temporary global Security, the earlier of (A) the Exchange Date with respect to Securities of such series and (B), if the first Interest Payment Date with respect to Securities of such series is prior to such Exchange Date, such Interest Payment Date.

  • Back-Up Certification As defined in Section 6.20(e)(iv).

  • certification body means an independent, accredited or recognised conformity assessment body that has concluded an agreement with a certification scheme to carry out certification audits and issue certificates;
