Centrica DFCD Deadline definition

Centrica DFCD Deadline means the date that is sixty (60) days prior to the date upon which Centrica would have the right to terminate the Centrica FOB Sale and Purchase Agreement for any failure to achieve the Date of First Commercial Delivery (as defined in the Centrica FOB Sale and Purchase Agreement) by such date, as extended by any waivers, modifications or amendments to the Centrica FOB Sale and Purchase Agreement in accordance with Section 7.9 (Project Documents, Etc.), but without giving effect to cure rights under any Consent between the Common Security Trustee and Centrica.

  • Opt-Out Deadline means the date identified in the Preliminary Approval Order and Class Notice by which a Request for Exclusion must be filed in writing with Class Counsel (or the Administrator) for a Settlement Class Member to be excluded from the Settlement Class. The Opt-Out Deadline shall be no later than 30 days before the Final Approval Hearing.

  • Bid Deadline means the last date and time for submission of Bid in response to this RFP as specified in Bid Information Sheet;

  • Completion Deadline means the date by which the Arrangement is to be completed, which date shall be April 30, 2014 or such later date as may be agreed to in writing by the Parties;

  • Claim Deadline means the last date by which a Claim submitted to the Settlement Administrator by a Settlement Class Member must be postmarked or submitted electronically, which will be ninety (90) Days after the Notice Deadline. All Claims postmarked or submitted electronically at the Settlement Website on or before the Claim Deadline shall be timely, and all Claims postmarked or submitted electronically at the Settlement Website after the Claim Deadline shall be untimely and barred from entitlement to any Settlement Relief.

  • Application Deadline means 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on the final day of the Application Period.
