Centralized purchasing definition

Centralized purchasing means the procurement of tangible personal property by persons who purchase tangible personal property solely for use or consumption outside Illinois, who take delivery of that tangible personal property in Illinois and who temporarily store that tangible personal property in Illinois prior to transporting it outside the State for use or consumption solely outside Illinois.
Centralized purchasing means that only the Purchasing Manager and designees have the authority to purchase, negotiate and or contract for supplies, services, and equipment on behalf of the OCFA.
Centralized purchasing means the purchase for state agencies of materials, supplies, and equipment by the Office of Procurement.
