Celution Systems definition

Celution Systems means the family of products (600, 700, 800, 900/MB & next generation Celution device), which processes patients’ cells at the bedside in real time separating a therapeutic dose of stem and regenerative cells from a patient’s own fat tissue, including a central processing device, a related single-use consumable used for each patient specific procedure, and supportive procedural components.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any other Loan Document, so long as no Default or Event of Default then exists, Borrower and its Subsidiaries shall have the right to deny or restrict Collateral Agent, the Lenders and their respective representatives, access to highly confidential and proprietary scientific data and specifications, in each case, solely to the extent pertaining to Celution Systems.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any other Debt Document, so long as no Default or Event of Default then exists, each Loan Party shall have the right to deny or restrict the Agent, the Lenders and their respective representatives, access to highly confidential and proprietary scientific data and specifications, in each case, solely to the extent pertaining to Celution Systems.

Related to Celution Systems

  • Production System means a live SAP system used for running Licensee’s internal business operations and where Licensee’s data is recorded.

  • Information Systems means all computer hardware, databases and data storage systems, computer, data, database and communications networks (other than the Internet), architecture interfaces and firewalls (whether for data, voice, video or other media access, transmission or reception) and other apparatus used to create, store, transmit, exchange or receive information in any form.

  • Transportation System means the facilities at any time in place to receive Shipper’s Gas at the Entry Point(s), process, handle, transport and redeliver the Gas at the Exit Point(s), in accordance with the Transportation Agreement, as detailed in Transportation System Description.

  • Leak-detection system means a system capable of detecting the failure of either the primary or secondary containment structure or the presence of a release of hazardous waste or accumulated liquid in the secondary containment structure. Such a system must employ operational controls (e.g., daily visual inspections for releases into the secondary containment system of aboveground tanks) or consist of an interstitial monitoring device designed to detect continuously and automatically the failure of the primary or secondary containment structure or the presence of a release of hazardous waste into the secondary containment structure.

  • Reservation System means the Contributor's Reservation Terminal and Reservation System equipment and software, if any.
