Examples of CEC Member in a sentence

  • Any CAC Exchange shall be exercised pursuant to a Notice of Exchange delivered to CAC upon 60 days prior written notice by a CEC Member when exercising the CAC Exchange right (the “Tendering Party”).

  • Without limiting the foregoing, any proposed Transfer of Units by any CEC Member shall be subject to Section 7.2 below.

  • All decisions by the arbitrators shall be binding upon the Company (including, as applicable, CAC, CAC’s Subsidiaries, and its and their officers and directors), any CEC Member (as applicable) and CEC.

  • A CEC Member may not apply for readmission to the CEC during that term or for one year following its expiration or termination.
