CDW Fee definition

CDW Fee means the collision damage waiver fee payable by the Hirer to the Owner in the amount specified as the “CDW Fee” in the Schedule.

  • The Rental Fee and the CDW Fee (if applicable) shall be due in advance, and paid on or before the “Time for Payment” specified in the Schedule for the duration of the Rental Period.
