As promptly as practicable, but no later than ninety (90) days, after the CDM Date, or as otherwise agreed by the parties, Company shall transfer and assign to Amgen any Regulatory Filings controlled by Company for the Products and the Global Safety Database (such date of transfer and assignment, the “CDM Regulatory Filing Transfer Date”).
