CDEEE definition

CDEEE means Corporación Dominicana de Empresas Eléctricas Estatales, the Borrower’s Conglomerate of Electric Companies;
CDEEE means Corporación Dominicana de Empresas Eléctricas, the Borrower’s conglomerate of electric companies, created pursuant to the Borrower’s Law No. 125-01, dated July 2001.

  • The Borrower shall cause CDEEE to maintain, until completion of the Project, a unit within its own structure (the UAFA), with staff (including a procurement specialist), structure and functions satisfactory to the Bank, responsible for the management, coordination, supervision, monitoring and evaluation of Part 2 of the Project.

  • The Additional Legal Matter consists of the following, namely that the CDEEE Subsidiary Agreement and the INDRHI Subsidiary Agreement have been duly authorized or ratified by the Borrower and CDEEE and INDRHI, respectively, and are legally binding upon the Borrower and CDEEE and INDRHI, in accordance with their terms.

  • The Additional Event of Suspension consists of the following, namely, that CDEEE or INDRHI shall have failed, in the opinion of the Bank, to perform any of their obligations under the CDEEE Subsidiary Agreement or the INDRHI Subsidiary Agreement, as the case may be.

  • The Borrower shall exercise its rights under the CDEEE Subsidiary Agreement and INDRHI Subsidiary Agreement, in such manner as to protect the interests of the Borrower and the Bank and to accomplish the purposes of the Loan.

  • Except as the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Borrower shall not assign, amend, abrogate or waive the CDEEE Subsidiary Agreement or the INDRHI Subsidiary Agreement or any of their provisions.

  • To this end, the Borrower shall cause the Project to be carried out by CDEEE (the Project Implementing Entity) in accordance with the provisions of Article V of the General Conditions and the Project Agreement.

  • For the purposes of carrying out Parts 1 and 2 of the Project, the Borrower shall cause CDEEE (through the Subsidiary Agreement) to enter into an agreement with each EDE (the EDEs Agreements), setting forth the technical, financial, administrative and fiduciary aspects of the participation of the Project Implementing Entity and each EDE in the implementation and use of funds under Parts 1 and 2 of the Project, all in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Schedule 2 to the Project Agreement.
