CDBG Program definition

CDBG Program means the Community Development Block Grant Program awarded by HUD to County, authorized pursuant to Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, Public Law 93-383, amended, and codified at 42 U.S.C. 5301 et seq.
CDBG Program means the CDBG Program on file with City, together with all applicable federal regulations and the CDBG grant agreement between HUD and City.
CDBG Program means the Community Development Block Grant Program.

  • Submit one copy of this form to the DOLA CDBG Program Coordinator with a copy of the applicable ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ wage decision and the written request from the employer naming the work classifications and wage rates that are proposed.

  • For the purposes of annual audits, Subrecipient shall comply with 2 CFR Part 200 Subpart F for the State CDBG Program.

  • Failure to fulfill these requirements shall subject the applicant or recipient, its subrecipients, and its successors, and assigns to those sanctions specified by the CDBG Program Agreement or contract through which Federal assistance is provided, and to such sanctions as are specified by 24 CFR Part 135, which include termination of this Agreement for default and debarment and suspension from future HUD-assisted contracts.

  • The State reserves the right to add or delete terms and conditions of this Contract as may be required by revisions and additions or changes in the requirements, regulations, and laws governing the CDBG Program.
