CCA licence definition
CCA licence means a Customs controlled area licence issued under section 12, and “CCA licensee” has a corresponding meaning;
licence means a licence granted under this Act;
Supply Licence means the licence granted to us under section 6(1)(d) of the Act;
the Licence means the Instrument of Appointment by the Secretary of State for the Environment of Severn Trent Water Limited as a Water and Sewerage Undertaker under the Water Act 1989;
network licence means the network licence, as the same is amended from time to time, granted to Network Rail Infrastructure Limited by the Secretary of State in exercise of their powers under section 8 (licences) of the Railways Act 1993;
Generation Licence means an electricity generation licence granted or treated as granted pursuant to section 6(1)(a) of the EA 1989 that authorises a person to generate electricity;
