CBSI Financial Statements means (i) the consolidated statements of condition of CBSI as of June 30, 2010, and as of December 31, 2009, 2008 and 2007 and the related consolidated statements of income, cash flows and changes in shareholders’ equity (including related notes, if any) for the six months ended June 30, 2010 and each of the three years ended December 31, 2009, 2008 and 2007, as filed by CBSI in its SEC Documents and (ii) the consolidated statements of condition of CBSI and related consolidated statements of income, cash flows and changes in shareholders’ equity (including related notes, if any) as filed by CBSI in its SEC Documents as of dates or with respect to periods ended subsequent to June 30, 2010.
