Examples of CBS Process in a sentence

  • If CBS does not agree to accept a price increase, or is unwilling or unable to make the required change to CBS Process then Supplier remains obligated to continue to provide Fractionation Services in accordance with this Agreement until the expiry of the Term.

  • If CBS does not agree to accept a price increase, or is unwilling or unable to make the required change to CBS Process then Talecris remains obligated to continue to provide Fractionation Services in accordance with this Agreement until the expiry of the Term.

  • RFP Process or “Bidding Process” means the process governing the submission and evaluation of the Bids as set out in the RFP itself;

  • Sale Process means all matters relating to the sale of the Business and the review of strategic alternatives with respect to the Business, and all activities in connection therewith, including matters relating to (a) the solicitation of proposals from and negotiations with third parties in connection with the sale of the Business or Excluded Assets or (b) the drafting, negotiation or interpretation of any of the provisions of this Agreement or the other Transaction Documents, or the determination of the allocation of any assets or Liabilities pursuant to the foregoing agreements or the transactions contemplated thereby.

  • Claims Process means the process for Settlement Class Members’ submission of Claims, as described in Section III.

  • Process or “Processing” means any operation or set of operations which is performed upon the Personal Data, whether or not by automatic means, such as collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, blocking, erasure, or destruction.

  • Support Call Process means the support call process applicable to all of our customers who have licensed the Tyler Software. A copy of our current Support Call Process is attached as Schedule 1 to Exhibit C.
