Catering Outlets definition

Catering Outlets means those Outlets(see clause 1.7 below) where the Specified Services (see clause 1.9 below) include the sale of food and/or refreshments.
Catering Outlets means the Catering Outlets referred to in Special
Catering Outlets means catering outlets or other forms of catering services serving food and drinks.

  • The Tenant agrees to use the premises only for the purposes of a Café and Catering Outlets for selling food and commodities specified in the Third Schedule at prices not exceeding the prescribed prices in the Third Schedule.

  • Drug outlet means a pharmacy, nursing home, shelter home, convalescent home, extended care facility, drug abuse treatment center, penal institution, hospital, family planning clinic, student health center, retail store, wholesaler, manufacturer, mail-order vendor or other establishment with facilities located within or out of this state that is engaged in dispensing, delivery or distribution of drugs within this state.

  • Retail outlet means any establishment at which consumer products are sold, supplied, or offered for sale directly to consumers.

  • Transit Passenger means a passenger who arrives at the airport in an aircraft and departs from the airport in the same aircraft, where such an aircraft is operating a through flight transiting the airport, and includes a passenger in transit through the airport who has to depart in a substituted aircraft because the aircraft on which the passenger arrived has been declared unserviceable.

  • Transient lodging means a room or a suite of rooms.

  • Kitchen means a food preparation area that includes a sink, refrigerator and a microwave oven or stove.
