Cassettes. Motion Picture Copies in the form of a cassette, cartridge, ----------- videogram, video disc, tape or other similar device now known or hereafter devised and designed to be used in conjunction with a reproduction apparatus which causes a Motion Picture to be visible on the screen of a television receiver, television monitor or comparable device now known or hereafter devised.

Cassettes means prerecorded video cassettes which are in conformity with W-VHS Standard.

• DEBIOTECH shall notify IMED within two (2) weeks and six (6) months in advance of the time at which it is capable of providing IMED with production quantities of any Product (provided that, in the event that such Product is a Pump, DEBIOTECH must then also be capable of providing IMED with Cassettes for such Pump).

• In such circumstances, IMED will be allowed to recover the costs mentioned above by offsetting them against the purchase price of the Cassettes delivered by DEBIOTECH for the country(ies) concerned, and within a limit of [CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED] of the Cassette price, provided such Patent precludes the distribution or sale of the Product by Third Persons as it is manufactured for IMED.

• Except as otherwise provided herein, at the termination or expiration, for whatever reason, of this Agreement and for a further period of five (5) years, IMED shall not manufacture, market, distribute, lease and/or sell Cassettes (as defined in Article 1 hereabove) and/or pumps to be used with Cassettes not originating from DEBIOTECH in any country of the world without the prior written consent of DEBIOTECH.

Cassettes means prerecorded video cassettes.

"BLANK CASSETTES" shall mean Cassettes containing only Blank Chips.

Cassettes means the consumable plastic cartridges included within, specially designed for, and required for running, the Products.

Cassettes means and refer to a Record in the form of pre-recorded analog or digital audio tape recordings in the cassette configuration (including those that are digitally mastered).
