Cash Advance Draft definition

Cash Advance Draft means the relevant slips, forms or papers supplied by the Bank or any member institution of Visa International or MasterCard International to the Authorised Cash Outlet for the purpose of recording, confirming and evidencing cash withdrawal by the Cardholder through the use of the VISA/MASTERCARD CARD to be charged to the VISA/ MASTERCARD CARD Account;
Cash Advance Draft means the relevant slips, forms or papers supplied by the Bank or any member institution of Visa International or Mastercard International to the Authorised Cash Outlet for the purpose of recording, confirming and evidencing cash withdrawal by the Cardholder through the use of the VISA/MASTERCARD Business Credit Card to be charged to the VISA/MASTERCARD Business Credit Card Account;

Examples of Cash Advance Draft in a sentence

  • If the Cardholder or anyone authorized to use the Prepaid Card signs a Sales or Cash Advance draft or gives the Prepaid Account Numberto make a Cash Advance without presenting the Card, the legal effect shall be the same as if the Card was used by the Cardholder and a Sales or Cash Advance Draft was signed by the Cardholder.

  • Such Cash Advance Draft to be deemed by the Bank upon receipt as a properly incurred and duly authorised Card Transaction of the Cardmember.

  • To effect a Cash Advance, the Cardmember shall sign on a Cash Advance Draft.

Related to Cash Advance Draft

  • Cash Advance means the amount requested by you and advanced to you by any method approved by us according to the terms of this Agreement in cash or cash equivalent items (including, but not limited to, money orders, travelers checks, lottery tickets, casino chips, vouchers redeemable for cash, or racetrack xxxxxx).

  • Cash Advance Fees means cash advance transaction fees and cash advance late fees, if any, as specified in any Account Agreement applicable to an Account.

  • Cash Advance Fee means a cash advance fee or similar fee that is charged to an Account under the related Credit Card Agreement.

  • Cash Advances These are from cash advances and cash equivalent transactions you make with your account. “Special Offers” These are from your use of the account to take advantage of special, introductory, or promotional offers we make available to you at times. Each such transaction may be kept track of separately on your statement and may be treated as its own Balance Category.

  • Gross advance amount means the sum payable to the payee or for the payee's account as consideration for a transfer of structured settlement payment rights before any reductions for transfer expenses or other deductions to be made from such consideration.

  • Loan Advance The meaning specified in Section 2.2(a).

  • Net advance amount means the gross advance amount less the aggregate amount of the actual and estimated transfer expenses required to be disclosed under section 3(e).

  • Revolving Advance has the meaning given in Section 2.1.

  • Shared-Loss Loan Commitment Advance means an advance pursuant to a Shared-Loss Loan Commitment with respect to which the Assuming Institution has not made a Permitted Advance.

  • Equipment Advance is defined in Section 2.1.1.

  • L/C Advance means, with respect to each Lender, such Lender’s funding of its participation in any L/C Borrowing in accordance with its Applicable Percentage.

  • Term Advance has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(a).

  • Revolving Advances means Advances made other than Letters of Credit.

  • Servicer Advance Date As to any Distribution Date, 11:30 a.m., Eastern time, on the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.

  • Periodic Advance The aggregate of the advances required to be made by a Servicer on any Distribution Date pursuant to its Servicing Agreement or by the Master Servicer or the Trustee hereunder, the amount of any such advances being equal to the total of all Monthly Payments (adjusted, in each case (i) in respect of interest, to the applicable Mortgage Interest Rate less the applicable Servicing Fee in the case of Periodic Advances made by a Servicer and to the applicable Net Mortgage Interest Rate in the case of Periodic Advances made by the Master Servicer or Trustee and (ii) by the amount of any related Debt Service Reductions or reductions in the amount of interest collectable from the Mortgagor pursuant to the Soldiers' and Sailors' Civil Relief Act of 1940, as amended, or similar legislation or regulations then in effect) on the Mortgage Loans, that (x) were delinquent as of the close of business on the related Determination Date, (y) were not the subject of a previous Periodic Advance by such Servicer or of a Periodic Advance by the Master Servicer or the Trustee, as the case may be and (z) have not been determined by the Master Servicer, such Servicer or Trustee to be Nonrecoverable Advances.

  • The Advance Purchase Order or “Letter of Intent” means the intention of Purchaser to place the Purchase Order on the bidder.

  • Maximum Revolving Advance Amount means $25,000,000.

  • Facility A Loan means a loan made or to be made under Facility A or the principal amount outstanding for the time being of that loan.

  • Payment/Advance Form is that certain form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • VA Loan means a Mortgage Loan which is subject of a VA Loan Guaranty Agreement as evidenced by a loan guaranty certificate, or a Mortgage Loan which is a vendor loan sold by the VA.

  • Master Servicer Advance Date As to any Distribution Date, 12:30 p.m. Pacific time on the Business Day immediately preceding such Distribution Date.
