Card Program Administrator definition

Card Program Administrator means the representative designated by Client to design and administer Client’s Card program and Card Products, including communicating credit requests, designing card authorization levels, determining report needs, designating and terminating Cardholders, receiving and being responsible for distribution of Cards to Cardholders, receiving and paying statements, and giving Instructions to Bank. Any person designated by Client as a Card Program Administrator for a specific Card Product is deemed a “Card Program Administrator”.
Card Program Administrator means the representative designated by Client as the primary contact for Bank, or that representative’s deputy, to design and administer Client’s Card Program, Card product(s) and, without limitation, to communicate credit requests, design card authorization levels, determine report needs, designate and terminate Cardholders, receive and be responsible for distribution of Cards to Cardholders, receive and pay statements (including statements not timely paid by an individual Cardholder), and give instructions to Bank.

  • The Cardmember authorizes the Company’s Corporate Card Program Administrator, or such other officer of the Company as may have authority to act on its behalf (“Authorized Person”), to act as his/her service agent to receive all notices relating to this Agreement.

  • Bank may provide Notices to Client as Electronic Records by: (i) email; (ii) posting to a Website; (iii) displaying to Client or a Card Program Administrator during sessions on a Website or otherwise; or (iv) any other electronic means.

  • If Bank needs to contact a Card Program Administrator and is not able to reach a designated Card Program Administrator, Bank may rely on Instructions from any Client representative who is an authorized signer on a checking or deposit account with Bank, and if Bank is not able to reach any such representative, Bank may rely on Instructions from any authorized person listed in the Signature Document; and in each case such person shall be deemed a “Card Program Administrator”.

  • The cardholder is also requested to contact the campus Travel Card Program Administrator referenced in the Cardholder Handbook.

  • Bank is not obligated to inquire into the identity or authority of a Card Program Administrator or whether such person is, in fact, authorized by Client.

Related to Card Program Administrator

  • Program Administrator means the person retained by the Wisconsin PACE Commission as provided in subsection (5)(b).

  • ▇▇▇▇▇ Administrator means the Bank of England (or any successor administrator of the Sterling Overnight Index Average).
