Carbon paper must be a minimum weight of 7 lb., medium grade, non-processed black, fully coated on one side and horizontally perforated between all sets.
Loan Papers means (i) this Agreement, certificates delivered pursuant to this Agreement, and exhibits and schedules hereto, (ii) any notes, security documents, guaranties, and other agreements in favor of the Agents and the Lenders, or any or some of them, ever delivered in connection with this Agreement, and (iii) all renewals, extensions, or restatements of, or amendments or supplements to, any of the foregoing.
Operative Document means a bond declaration, trust agreement, indenture, security
Financing Document means any loan, security or other agreement or agreements pursuant to which a Financing Entity provides a Debt Facility to Purchaser.
Ancillary Document has the meaning assigned to it in Section 9.06(b).
Warrant Documents means the Warrant Instrument, the Warrants and the Registration Rights Agreement.
