Capital Spending definition

Capital Spending means expenditures capitalized for accounting purposes related to oil, natural gas or carbon dioxide, but excluding acquisition costs, and capitalized interest, all as reported in its audited financial statements by the Company in its Form 10-K for the appropriate Fiscal Year.
