The Estimated Pre-3-31 Capital Spend and Estimated Post-3-31 Adjustment Statement shall be prepared in a manner consistent with Annex A and Annex B, respectively, and using the same accounting methods, practices, principles, policies and procedures, with consistent classifications, judgments and valuation and estimation methodologies that were used in the preparation of Annex A and Annex B, in each case, as described therein.
