Capital Declaration definition

Capital Declaration means the Amended and Restated Declaration of Trust of the Capital Trust, dated as of July 13, 1999, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time, among the trust administrators and the trustees of the trust named therein, the Company, as sponsor, and the holders from time to time of undivided beneficial ownership interests in the assets of Capital Trust.
