Capacity Release definition

Capacity Release means those contract rights released to Manager, as specifically set forth in Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and for which Manager is designated agent, as provided in Section 3.01.
Capacity Release means the release by a firm Shipper of its capacity.
Capacity Release means the release of interstate pipeline transportation and storage capacity to replacement shippers pursuant to applicable FERC rules.

More Definitions of Capacity Release

Capacity Release means the release of transportation or storage capacity pursuant to the terms and conditions of an Interstate Pipeline's effective gas tariff on file with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission as contemplated by 18 C.F.R. Part 284 or successor regulations, and "Released Capacity" shall refer to capacity that has been released pursuant to a Capacity Release.
Capacity Release means the capacity assigned to another shipper or consumer.

  • Capacity Resource shall have the meaning provided in the Reliability Assurance Agreement. Commencement Date:

  • New Release means new releases, updates or versions of the Software made generally available by SAP through unrestricted shipment pursuant to SAP Support after the Effective Date of the Agreement.

  • Capacity Storage Resource means any hydroelectric power plant, flywheel, battery storage, or other such facility solely used for short term storage and injection of energy at a later time to participate in the PJM energy and/or Ancillary Services markets and which participates in the Reliability Pricing Model.

  • Base Capacity Resource means a Capacity Resource as described in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 5.5A(b).
