Candidate Pool definition

Candidate Pool has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.1.

  • If no one bids on the position, management may fill the position from the Qualified Candidate Pool (QCP).

  • At the expiration of the R&D Term, (i) all R&D Programs will become “Discontinued Programs” (ii) all R&D Targets and R&D [***] Targets that are not Locked Targets will become Discontinued Targets and (iii) all Collaboration mRNA Constructs that are not in a Product Candidate Pool will become Discontinued mRNA Constructs.

  • On a TPP-by-TPP basis from time to time during the Post-R&D Period, Merck may elect to establish a Product Candidate comprised by Collaboration mRNA Constructs from the associated Product Candidate Pool by issuing a written notice to Moderna (a “Product Candidate Notice”).

  • If the subsequent vacancy is not bid on, management may fill the position from the Qualified Candidate Pool (QCP).

  • All promotions into classifications represented by the Union will be made through the Job Posting and Candidate "Pool" process.

  • If no one bids the position, management may fill the position from the Qualified Candidate Pool (QCP).

Related to Candidate Pool

  • Development Candidate means a Compound that meets the Development Candidate Criteria for the initiation of a Development Program for the treatment of CF, and which is the subject of a notice from Vertex to CFFT that Vertex intends to commence formal pre-clinical development of the Compound in the Field pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.1 hereof.

  • Phase III Study means a human clinical trial that is prospectively designed to demonstrate statistically whether a product is safe and effective for use in humans in a manner sufficient to obtain regulatory approval to market such product in patients having the disease or condition being studied as described in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(c) (FDCA), as amended from time to time, and the foreign equivalent thereof.

  • Phase I Study means a human clinical trial in any country that would satisfy the requirements of 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(a) (FDCA), as amended from time to time, and the foreign equivalent thereof.

  • Phase II Study means a human clinical trial, for which the primary endpoints include a determination of dose ranges and/or a preliminary determination of efficacy in patients being studied as described in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(b) (FDCA), as amended from time to time, and the foreign equivalent thereof.
