CAMR definition

CAMR means the final rule issued by the Environmental Protection Agency on March 15, 2005 entitled “Standards of Performance for New and Existing Stationary Sources: Electric Utility Steam Generating Units,” often referred to as the Clean Air Mercury Rule, including any rules, regulations or other actions of any Governmental Authority(ies) to comply with or implement such rule.
