  • During both the assessment process and at time of discharge, Contractor shall complete a Level of Care Utilization Score (CALOCUS) in order to assess the clinical needs of client to determine the appropriate intensity of care and to provide outcome measurement data at the time of discharge.

  • Customer provides mental health and addiction services to adults, adolescents, and/or children and desires to purchase a license to use the LOCUS P.A.S. 2010 and CALOCUS 2010 coded into their Netsmart AVATAR EMR according to the terms of this Agreement.
