CALL OFFS definition

CALL OFFS. AND ORDERS PLACED AGAINST FRAMEWORK AGREEMENTS
CALL OFFS are either (a) days of Services; or (b) Service points; that the Customer orders up front and can then “call- off” for the provision of certain Products or Services by Company in accordance with Company’s price list (or as agreed by Company) over a period of twelve (12) months from the date of the Order (“Call-Off Period”).

Related to CALL OFFS

  • call-out /”claim” means each separate request for service or benefit for cover under any section of this RAC Breakdown Cover;

  • Call-Off Agreement means a legally binding agreement (entered into pursuant to the provisions of this Framework Agreement) for the provision of the Goods and/or Services made between a Contracting Body and the Supplier pursuant to Framework Schedule 5 (Call Off Procedure);

  • Call-Off Contract means each contract that is let by the Buyer to one of the Collaboration Suppliers

  • Call-Off Terms means the terms and conditions in Part 3 of Schedule 4 (Order Form and Call-Off Terms) of this Framework Agreement;

  • Call Off Procedure means the process for awarding a Call Off Agreement pursuant to Clause 5 (Call Off Procedure) and Framework Schedule 5 (Call Off Procedure);
