Call-Off Terms definition

Call-Off Terms means the terms and conditions in Part 3 of Schedule 4 (Order Form and Call-Off Terms) of this Framework Agreement;
Call-Off Terms means these terms and conditions entered by the Parties (excluding the Order Form) in respect of the provision of the Services, together with the Call Off Schedules hereto;
Call-Off Terms means the terms applicable to and set out in Part 2 of this Call Off Contract;
