Call-In Procedure definition

Call-In Procedure means the review and scrutiny of a Relevant Decision in accordance with paragraph 10 by means of which a Requisitioner is able to require that an Overview and Scrutiny Management Committee or (where referred to full Council by Overview and Scrutiny Management Committee) the full Council is to consider whether to recommend that the decision in respect of which a Call-In Notice has been deposited is be reconsidered by the relevant Decision-Maker. The expressions “Call-In”, “Called-In and “Calling-In” shall be construed accordingly and shall refer to a Relevant Decision that has been or may be the subject of call-in.
Call-In Procedure means the procedure for scrutinising decisions of the Executive made but not implemented set out Standing Order No. 57 of these Standing Orders;
Call-In Procedure. Once the Site Manager is aware of the need for overtime, he will make it a priority to call operators as soon as possible. Operators will be called in according to the OEPL. In the event that an operator does not answer the phone, a message will be left, if possible. The supervisor will then call the next operator according to the OEPL. The first operator to respond indicating his availability to do the work required will be asked to report to work. Call-in Start Time: Operators will be given up to one and a half (1.5) hours to start their shift after accepting the work.

Examples of Call-In Procedure in a sentence

  • In order to allow for Call-In, no Executive decision can be implemented until the expiry of five clear working days after the decision has been published, unless the decision-taker resolves as part of the decision that its implementation is urgent when the provisions contained in the Overview and Scrutiny Procedure Rule on the Call-In Procedure apply.

  • The Call-In Procedure 10.6 Once made, an Executive decision shall be published, in the form of a decisions notice, within two working days at the Council’s main offices and on its public website.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, review and scrutiny in accordance with this Scrutiny Procedure Rule 19.2 shall not be affected by the Call-In Procedure Rules or affect implementation of any decision.

  • The Scrutiny Panel will follow the Call-In Procedure Rules set out in Part 4C of this Constitution when considering any matter.

  • The Call-In Procedure shall only apply to Relevant Decisions that have been made but not implemented at the date of deposit of the Call-In Notice referred to below.

  • In July and March each municipal year Full Council will consider a report from the Scrutiny Manager concerning the numbers, types, outcomes and general use of the Call-In Procedure since the last such report.

  • The Call-In Procedure shall not apply to any decision unless and until a Call-in notice has been validly deposited with the Scrutiny Manager under paragraphs 12.6 and12.7 above.

  • A Requisitioner may only invoke the Call-In Procedure by depositing a Call-In Notice with the Scrutiny Manager within five clear days after the date of publication of the decision.

Related to Call-In Procedure

  • Call In means the calling in to work at the Employer's request of an employee on an assigned day off as per the posted schedule.

  • Dissent Procedures has the meaning set out in Section 3.1;

  • Call Off Procedure means the process for awarding a Call Off Agreement pursuant to Clause 4 (Call Off Procedure) and Framework Schedule 5 (Call Off Procedure);

  • Appraisal Procedure means a procedure whereby two independent appraisers, one chosen by the Company and one by the Investor, shall mutually agree upon the Fair Market Value. Each party shall deliver a notice to the other appointing its appraiser within 10 days after the Appraisal Procedure is invoked. If within 30 days after appointment of the two appraisers they are unable to agree upon the Fair Market Value, a third independent appraiser shall be chosen within 10 days thereafter by the mutual consent of such first two appraisers. The decision of the third appraiser so appointed and chosen shall be given within 30 days after the selection of such third appraiser. If three appraisers shall be appointed and the determination of one appraiser is disparate from the middle determination by more than twice the amount by which the other determination is disparate from the middle determination, then the determination of such appraiser shall be excluded, the remaining two determinations shall be averaged and such average shall be binding and conclusive upon the Company and the Investor; otherwise, the average of all three determinations shall be binding upon the Company and the Investor. The costs of conducting any Appraisal Procedure shall be borne by the Company.

  • Credit Risk Retention Rules shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.9(a).

  • Procedure means one or more surgical procedures or medical therapy performed in a Center of Excellence.

  • Settlement Procedures means the Settlement Procedures attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Liquidation Process Regulations means, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Liquidation Process) Regulations 2016 as amended from time to time;

  • Sale Procedures Unless otherwise specified in the Supplement, shall mean that, with respect to any sale of one or more Underlying Securities or Related Assets, the Market Agent, on behalf of the Trust, shall sell such Underlying Securities or Related Assets to the highest bidders among not less than two solicited bidders for such Underlying Securities or Related Assets (one of which bidders may include Merrill Lynch & Co. or any Affiliate thereof; provided, however, that xxxxxxr Xxxxill Lynch & Co. nor any of its Affiliates will be under any obligxxxxx xo xxx, and which bidders need not be limited to recognized broker dealers). In the sole judgment of the Market Agent, bids may be evaluated on the basis of bids for a single Underlying Security or Related Asset, a portion of the Underlying Securities or Related Assets, or all of the Underlying Securities or Related Assets being sold or any other basis selected in good faith by the Market Agent.

  • Mediation Rules As defined in Section 2.03(h)(i).

  • All-In Yield means the yield of the applicable Indebtedness, whether in the form of interest rate, margin, commitment or ticking fees, original issue discount, upfront fees, index floors or otherwise, in each case payable generally to lenders, provided that original issue discount and upfront fees shall be equated to interest rate assuming a four-year life to maturity, and shall not include arrangement fees, structuring fees or other fees not paid to the applicable lenders generally.

  • Auction Rules means the West Bengal Minor Mineral (Auction) Rules, 2016.

  • Security procedure means a procedure employed for the purpose of verifying that an electronic signature, record, or performance is that of a specific person or for detecting changes or errors in the information in an electronic record. The term includes a procedure that requires the use of algorithms or other codes, identifying words or numbers, encryption, or callback or other acknowledgment procedures.

  • Written Procedure means the written or electronic procedure for decision making among the Bondholders in accordance with Clause 18 (Written Procedure).

  • Rules of Procedure means the rules of procedure adopted by the Fund Council for the management of its own business, as originally adopted on July 16, 2010 and amended from time to time.

  • Call Back means calling of an employee to duty after he has reported off duty and before he/she is next scheduled for work. Employees designated for standby duty under Article 28 shall not be eligible for call back.

  • Grievance Procedure is used in this Agreement, it shall be considered as including the arbitration procedure.

  • Day Case Procedure means a Medically Necessary surgical procedure for investigation or treatment to the Insured Person performed in a medical clinic, or day case procedure centre or Hospital with facilities for recovery as a Day Patient.

  • Variation Procedure means the procedure for carrying out a Variation as set out in Clause 16.1 (Variation Procedure);

  • Expedited Dispute Timetable means the timetable set out in paragraph 164 of Call Off Schedule 11 (Dispute Resolution Procedure);

  • Reconciliation Procedures has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a) of this Agreement.

  • Auction Procedures means the Auction Procedures that are set forth in Paragraph 10 of the Articles Supplementary.

  • Arbitration Rules means the AAA’s Commercial Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures.
