Call Group definition

Call Group shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 2.2(a).
Call Group means the Participant and any of the Participant’s Permitted Transferees.
Call Group has the meaning given to such term in Section 5.1(a).

  • Fundamental Change Repurchase Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 15.02(b)(i).

  • Clean-Up Call Date The second Distribution Date immediately following the Auction Termination Date.

  • Call and Put Period means the period commencing on and including the Issue Date to and including the day after 10 February 2022 or, if such date is not a Business Day, the next following Business Day.
