CalACES definition

CalACES means the complete collection of equipment, software, and network(s) for the automated welfare system to be used by all Members upon completion of the migration of the Members from the C-IV System and the LRS.

  • Senior citizen center means a facility having the primary purpose of providing services to the aged as defined in Section 62A-3-101.

  • Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.

  • Crossing means a utility facility constructed over, under, or across a railroad right-of-way. The term does not include longitudinal occupancy of railroad right-of-way.

  • Brands means the Sprint PCS Brands and the Sprint Brands.

  • Circle Trip means any trip conducted in a continuous and circuitous route where the point of origin is also the ultimate destination but is not a round trip because it involves more than one stopover.
