Cafeteria Services definition

Cafeteria Services means the Cafeteria Services, Catering Services and any other revenue generating activities to be conducted by Xxxxxx at the Premises pursuant to this agreement.
Cafeteria Services means those services described on Exhibit A attached to the Agreement and incorporated therein by this reference. The Corporation shall be entitled to change or discontinue any such Services, in its sole discretion, at any time upon sixty (60) days' prior notice to the Licensee.
Cafeteria Services means the Cafeteria Services, Catering Services and any other revenue generating activities to be conducted by Lessee at the Premises pursuant to this agreement.

Examples of Cafeteria Services in a sentence

  • Lessor agrees that all computer software programs, signage and marketing and promotional literature and material (collectively referred to as “Proprietary Materials”) used by Lessee on Lessor’s Premises in connection with Cafeteria Services provided by Lessee under this Lease shall remain the property of Lessee.

  • Lessee agrees to maintain records that will support the revenues generated, prices charged and costs incurred for the Cafeteria Services.

  • Lessee shall pay $250 each month to cover all utilities in operation of the Cafeteria Services on the Premises.

  • The Supervisor of Cafeteria Services will give the grievant an answer in writing no later than ten (10) working days after receipt of the written grievance.
