CAFER definition

CAFER means the Recipient’s Autonomous Road Maintenance Fund entitled Caisse Autonome de Financement de l’Entretien Routier, established by the Recipient by Law nº 2005-22 of June 28, 2005 which replaced Ordonnance nº 99-55 of November 22, 1999.
