  • CACWA shall pay the Sub-Contractor only for authorized services provided in accordance with this Contract.

  • If cancellation is due to non-payment of premium, the insurer shall give CACWA 10 days advance written notice of cancellation.

  • CACWA may stop payment to the Sub-Contractor if reports required under this Contract are delinquent, i.e., not submitted within 19 working days of the due date, or incomplete.

  • The Sub-Contractor shall not bill, and CACWA shall not pay, for services performed under this Contract, if the Sub-Contractor has charged or will charge an agency of the state of Washington or any other party for the same services.
