CACWA shall pay the Sub-Contractor only for authorized services provided in accordance with this Contract.
If cancellation is due to non-payment of premium, the insurer shall give CACWA 10 days advance written notice of cancellation.
The insurer shall give CACWA, 45 days advance written notice of cancellation or non-renewal.
The Sub-Contractor waives all rights, claims and causes of action against the State of Washington, DCYF and CACWA for the recovery of damages to the extent said damages are covered by insurance maintained by Sub-Contractor.

CACWA may stop payment to the Sub-Contractor if reports required under this Contract are delinquent, i.e., not submitted within 19 working days of the due date, or incomplete.
The Sub-Contractor shall not bill, and CACWA shall not pay, for services performed under this Contract, if the Sub-Contractor has charged or will charge an agency of the state of Washington or any other party for the same services.
