Cable Version definition

Cable Version means a Picture with adult content which depicts heterosexual situations and nudity but does not depict actual penetration of body parts or erect genitalia or male ejaculation and where the content and degree of explicitness of movies and related programming currently featured on the Spice Services.

  • Except as specifically set forth in Section (i)(B) of Exhibit A, the Channel 595 Service shall be in the "Cable Version," as set forth in the Programming Standards on Exhibit A.

  • The remaining portion of the Advance (i.e., $200,000) shall be payable promptly upon Delivery by Producer and acceptance by New Line of the Cable Version of the Picture: and all required delivery material set forth in Schedule A.

  • Programmer represents and warrants that the foregoing describes the amount of "Hot Cable Version" content included on Playboy TV as of the date hereof (i.e., two (2) Director's Cut title exhibitions and five (5) Original Program exhibitions during each twenty four (24) hour period).

  • IntraLATA LEC Toll means IntraLATA Toll traffic carried solely by a Local Exchange Carrier and not by an IXC. "IntraLATA Toll Traffic" describes IntraLATA Traffic outside the Local Calling Area.
