Buslink means Buslink Pty Ltd, which is the Employer.

  • Upon receipt of the cash float, the employee will be required to sign an irrevocable authorization and permission for Buslink to recover the amount of the float by deduction of monies from their wages or entitlements on termination of employment.

  • The determination of other reasonable cause will be solely at the discretion of Buslink and will only apply if Buslink confirms it in writing.

  • Buslink may require an employee, and the employee will so agree, to submit to a medical examination upon engagement, and thereafter periodically at the discretion of Buslink.

  • The costs of such examination are to be borne by Buslink and all medical evidence will be made available to the employee on request.

  • This Agreement will be referred to as the Buslink - Drivers/Escorts/Wash Bay Attendants - Union Collective Agreement 2008.

  • At any time during or at the end of the probationary period, Buslink will advise the employee whether or not and/or the basis on which the employment will continue beyond the initial probationary period.
