BUSINESS NOTE definition

BUSINESS NOTE. The note or other evidence of indebtedness evidencing the indebtedness of an Obligor under a Business Loan.
BUSINESS NOTE. Business Note" shall mean the promissory note dated October 15, 1998, in the amount of $6,000,000.00 from the Company to M&I, together with all extensions, renewals, amendments, modifications and refinancing thereof.
BUSINESS NOTE means the Business Note from Premier Bank to BFPC entered into on December 30, 2004, as amended, in an original principal amount of $300,000.
