Buildable Limit definition

Buildable Limit means a methodological constraint applied to the determination of municipal affordable housing need that identifies developable land and the ability to accommodate its Fair Share of Prospective Need and/or Unanswered Prior Obligation.

Related to Buildable Limit

  • Deactivation Avoidable Cost Credit means the credit paid to Generation Owners pursuant to Tariff, Part V, section 114.

  • Expense Limit means the percentage of a Fund’s average annual net assets (on an annualized basis) set forth below.

  • Utility Allowance means a monthly allowance, as provided by the local public housing authority or as otherwise allowed by HUD rules and the GLO rules, for utilities and services (excluding telephone services) to be paid by the tenant.

  • Allowable Expense means a necessary, reasonable and customary item of expense for health care, which is:

  • Parachute Payment Ratio means a fraction the numerator of which is the value of the applicable “parachute payment” for purposes of Section 280G of the Code and the denominator of which is the actual present value of such payment.
