  • The GEC-D/C shall perform professional engineering services generally described herein as design and construction oversight of design and construction engineering activities of a ADP Firm or firm on an Alternative Delivery Project (ADP), such as Design Build Agreements (DBA) and Design Build Comprehensive Development Agreements (DB CDA), as requested by the STATE.

  • Lease Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.

  • Supply Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • Project Agreements means this Agreement, EPC Contract, O&M Contract and any other agreements or material contracts that may be entered into by the Developer with any person in connection with matters relating to, arising out of or incidental to the Project.

  • Construction Agreements means agreements to which Tenant is a party for Construction Work, rehabilitation, alteration, repair, replacement or demolition performed pursuant to this Lease.
