BROADCAST VIDEO means that occasional use non-dedicated one- way point-to-multipoint direct broadcast service utilizing an in-place Muzak addressable DBS system and adjunct video receiver. This service is designed as a video broadcast distribution system for an end user's private network and is managed and controlled through the Muzak DBS Operational Control Facility.
