Brady Law definition
Brady Law means the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act Sec▇▇▇▇ 102(s)(1), 18 U.▇.▇.▇. Section 922(s)(1) (West Supp. 2003).
By-law means this by-law and any other by-law of the Corporation as amended and which are, from time to time, in force and effect;
Company Law means the Companies Law (as amended) of the Cayman Islands.
Anti-Bribery Law means any Applicable Law that relates to bribery or corruption, including the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 and the UK ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, in each case as amended, re-enacted or replaced from time to time;
Cookie Law means the relevant parts of the Privacy and Electronic
Privacy Law means the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (Canada), the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (British Columbia) and any comparable applicable Law of any jurisdiction.
