BOP Financial Statements definition

BOP Financial Statements means (i) the audited consolidated statements of financial condition (including related notes and schedules, if any) of BOP as of December 31, 2015 and 2014 and the consolidated statements of income, comprehensive income, changes in stockholders’ equity and cash flows (including related notes and schedules, if any) of BOP for each of the three years ended December 31, 2015, 2014 and 2013, as set forth in BOP’s annual report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2015, and (ii) the unaudited interim consolidated financial statements of BOP as of the end of each calendar quarter following December 31, 2015 and for the periods then ended.
