Bonus Day definition

Bonus Day. Allowed a bonus day in addition to all other guarantee earnings, except as noted below:
Bonus Day means any Trading Day on which the difference obtained by subtracting (x) the Extrapolated Amount from (y) $3,000,000 is greater than zero.

Examples of Bonus Day in a sentence

  • The use of said sick leave for this purpose shall not affect the Bonus Day computation provided for in Article 17, Section 1.

  • A minimum of forty-eight (48) hours notice is required for the approval before a Bonus Day can be taken.

  • Employees with all the required prerequisites will earn one (1) Bonus Day if they achieve full benefit status between July 1st and December 31st.

  • In the event that none of the sick days allowed per year set forth in section 13.1 are used by an Employee, that Employee shall have one earned Bonus Day which may be used only in the following year.

  • In categories where there are fewer than ten Employees, only one Employee will be permitted to take such Bonus Day at any one time and only on those occasions when others in such a category are not expected to be absent.

Related to Bonus Day

  • Bonus Amount means the greater of (i) the average annual incentive bonus earned by Executive from the Company (or its affiliates) during the last three (3) completed fiscal years of the Company immediately preceding Executive’s Date of Termination (annualized in the event Executive was not employed by the Company (or its affiliates) for the whole of any such fiscal year), and (ii) the Executive’s target annual incentive bonus for the year in which the Date of Termination occurs.

  • Average Annual Bonus means the average of the annual bonuses (if any) from the Company earned by the Executive with respect to the Bonus Fiscal Years during all or any portion of which the Executive was employed by the Company; and, provided, further, that, if the Executive was not employed by the Company during all or any portion of any of the Bonus Fiscal Years, “Average Annual Bonus” means zero.

  • Target Bonus Amount means Executive’s target annual bonus amount in effect at the time of Executive’s Qualifying Termination (disregarding any decrease in such target annual bonus amount that constitutes a Good Reason event).

  • Bonus Period means the period for which a Bonus is payable. Unless otherwise specified by the Board, the Bonus Period shall be the fiscal year of the Company.

  • Award Period means the period beginning on an Award Date and ending on the expiration date of such Award.
