Bond Instruments definition

Bond Instruments means (a) the Existing Indentures, (b) the Indenture dated as of December 1, 1986 between AGC, as issuer, and U.S. Bank Trust, National Association (successor trustee to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Guaranty Trust Company of New York), as trustee and (c) the Pollution Control Bond Indentures.
Bond Instruments means the Tranche A Bond Instrument and the Tranche B Bond Instrument.
Bond Instruments means together the Mezzanine Bond Instrument and the Subordinated Bond Instrument.
