Board Guaranty definition

Board Guaranty means the Second Amended and Restated Guarantee Agreement dated as of the date hereof and executed by the Board, the Lenders referred to therein and the Agent.
Board Guaranty means the Guarantee Agreement dated as of the date hereof and executed by the Board, the Tranche A Lender and the Agent, in substantially the form of Exhibit D.

  • All payments in respect of any Obligations shall at all times be made to the Agent, whether or not a demand shall have been made or paid under the Board Guaranty.

  • Holdings Guaranty means the Holdings Guaranty made by Holdings in favor of the Administrative Agent on behalf of the Secured Parties, substantially in the form of Exhibit F-1.
