Blended MSF definition

Blended MSF means a single blended MSF for processing all Transactions. ▇▇▇▇ is the amount advised by Windcave, which is payable by the Merchant for Devices loaned for back up or development purposes, to be returned to the Merchant upon return of the Devices to Windcave.
