Bison Plant means a gas treating facility (and all appurtenances thereto) consisting of three amine treating units with a combined design capacity of 450 MMcf/d generally known as the “Bison Plant” located in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Wyoming and more specifically described on Exhibit A.
