Biolase definition

Biolase means Biolase Technology, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
Biolase means Biolase Technology, Inc., the defendant in the Lawsuit, and includes its affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, owners, successors, employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, attorneys and assigns.
