PROVIDER certifies, to the best of their knowledge and belief, that no member of the A&M System Board of Regents, nor any employee of A&M System, has a direct or indirect financial interest in PROVIDER or in the transaction that is the subject of the Agreement.
If such Board of Regents review and approval is required, then the validity and effectiveness of this Contract is contingent upon such approval through the agenda requirements and approval process under the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Regents.
