Binding Party definition

Binding Party means, in relation to any Related Party, any individual or legal entity who is: (a) spouse, parents, grandparents, descendants, brothers/sisters-in law, siblings or siblings’ descendants of referred Related Party (“Relatives”); (b) of any Affiliate of referred Related Party or any Relative of the Related Party; and (c) any Related Party which may be considered an Affiliate of this Related Party if the interest of the Relative of this Related Party may be regarded as of Related Party’s interest.
